Tafika Tu, graphic score eins, Mbwira, and A Nightmare are pieces from Bassoon Music from Africa, Midori’s ongoing commissioning project that has introduced twelve new works to the bassoon repertoire. These recordings come from Midori’s recent faculty recital at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and doctoral recital at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
